Our method fuses intensity with integrity, delivering heart-pumping, precision-focused workouts that challenge and transform (HIIT style Pilates – High-Intensity Interval Training).
The Experience – The Gold standard in Pilates. A more modern feel - everything is black and gold, and a lighting system that adjusts with the workout and music. Educators (instructors) are highly trained to give the best experience possible with our patented machine called the WundaFormer®--combining the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ballet Bar, and Jump Board into one incredible, patented machine. Our devotees leave the class dripping in sweat and shaking from the inside out, every time!
Membership‑Based Model that is paid monthly by the customer and includes 4 different options for them to choose from. Gold – unlimited classes/month. Silver – 8 classes/month. Bronze – 4 classes/month. Drop-in – 1 class/month.
