Resting Rainbow is a pet memorial and cremation business. Our franchisees will work with the community and veterinarians to offer a needed service at the time of their pet’s passing. The pet industry is booming and over 70% of households have at least one pet. A large portion have multiples. Not everyone has the ability to bury a pet in their yard. The only option otherwise is cremation. Bringing their pet directly to a veterinarian is more expensive. Pet owners can have trust in our brand that they will have a private cremation and receive back just their pet’s ashes. The franchisee will also offer urns, jewelry, and memorial service options. Families can drop off their pets or we can arrange to pick them up in a respectful manner.
Resting Rainbow is in a very fragmented space with very minimal competition. Primary competitors are independent. Our brand prides itself in private cremation like humans. Our manufacturer is top notch and has created private chamber cremators. Our franchise will provide marketing, technology, a call center, and more importantly assistance with site selection/zoning/permits. We understand what mistakes not to make so that a franchisee can be open 3- 6 months after signing. Our model requires a start of only 2 people and very few to add as the franchisee scales. We allow for owner operator, semi absentee, and absentee! A franchisee has multiple revenue streams. These streams include pet pick up, cremation, urns/jewelry/memorial products, and rushed services.
