Founded in 1984, The Achievement Centre (TAC) provides professional development programs, coaching, and strategic planning to large and small companies. We have developed a reputation for delivering results by focusing on the people side of business. Our coaches each bring their own expertise gained from years of experience in a variety of fields. We can draw upon those unique skills to best serve our clients’ needs.
We help businesses focus on results through leadership development, sales training, and strategic planning. In addition to the programs themselves, we provide survey tools to assist our coaches to develop the best learning plans for their clients.
To truly inspire change, the learning itself needs to be paced, multi-sensory and collaborative. Our certified coaches lead clients through a process of self-discovery using proven programs that employ written materials, podcasts, exercises, coaching, facilitation, and online learning modules.
TAC provides its coaches with a common brand, current content that has continually evolved over almost 40 years, a variety of diagnostic tools, client management technology, a national targeted marketing strategy, and ongoing support. Best of all, our coaches do business with each other. It is very common to partner with other TAC coaches to delivery projects to clients.
We describe ourselves as business coaches, but we are much more than that. Coaching is trading time for money. TAC is a training/survey/coaching model which provides more financial leverage than straight coaching. Rather than serving one client in an hour, we can be serving a dozen at the same time and charging a much higher rate that includes the sale of program materials and surveys.
